Location: Hong Kong
- Responsible for daily administration of the office, including workplace management, visitor reception, mail and courier handling, office supplies procurement and distribution, and meeting support.
- Provide administrative and operational support to business units (e.g., Research Department); serve as a key point of establishing and maintaining effective communication mechanisms between departments and external partners, covering information updates, meeting coordination, roadshow support, business travel arrangement, and expense reimbursement.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or above, with legal eligibility to work in Hong Kong.
- Have 1-3 years of administrative management experience; preferably in financial institutions or large/medium-sized enterprises.
- Possess a strong service mindset, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a team-oriented spirit; Proactive, patient, composed, meticulous, and highly responsible in work; capable of independently resolving unexpected issues.
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
