Job Description

-        Execute a full spectrum of corporate finance assignments, with a particular focus on FA, IFA and related transactions, including Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions, M&A and fund-raising exercises and other Pre-IPO or finance advisory transactions;

-        work independently to prepare and draft transaction documents as well as announcements, circulars, IFA opinion letters and checklist and forms;

-        Assist in potential deal pitching, including preparing pitch books, business proposals, market research and valuation analysis;

-        Responsible for organizing and analysing sophisticated financial data and building financial models for valuation purpose;

-        Conduct company/industry research (i.e. evaluate comparable companies’ financial performance/industry and market trends, etc.);

-        Support senior team members’ daily work, project document filings and documentation;

-        Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange;

-        Perform other job duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements and Qualifications

-        Degree holder in business, finance, accounting, legal or related discipline;

-        Qualified to be registered as licensed representative in RA6 under SFC;

-        with at least 2 years’ experience in Corporate Finance in investment bank/corporate finance firm with solid corporate finance transaction execution capability;

-        Experience in FA, IFA, IPO, M&A and related transactions, including Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions;

-        Good communication and interpersonal skills;

-        Able to work under pressure, willing to OT and a good team player;

-        Highly organized, result-driven, self-motivated and good problem-solving skills;

-        Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

-        Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
