Job Description

- Responsible for building a customer group data analysis framework, enhancing data analysis and insights, and conducting in-depth exploration of customer group characteristic tag maps, behavioral preference maps, and demand evolution paths. Identify business growth opportunities to support data-driven, and refined customer group operations.

- Responsible for data insights and analysis of customer group operations, tracking and analyzing the conversion effects of various operational strategies, and continuously optimizing operational strategies based on data analysis results. Integrate deeply with business scenarios to innovate and deliver customer group decision-making tools such as strategy deduction models.

- Responsible for exploring effective data analysis and experimental methods, conducting in depth research on business paths and conversion funnels, gaining insights into user behaviors and psychology, improving operational ideas, and providing suggestions and strategies to maximize user value.

- Research and investigate industry-leading data application tools, deconstruct customer value elements, and refine reusable customer group value identification tools.

- Responsible for other data analysis-related tasks or other assignments from the manager. 

Requirements and Qualifications

- At least 5 years of work experience in wealth management, Finance institution or related industries, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

- Demonstrate integrity, humility and a strong work ethic, with excellent moral character.

- Possess extensive financial expertise, familiarity with overseas financial markets, and foundational knowledge in statistics, machine learning, and financial operations.

- Experience in data application domains, with a keen data-driven focus to identify issues, uncover connections between business details and data, discern growth opportunities, and provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business operations.

- Experience in large-scale data analysis and modeling, proficient in SQL, and familiar with at least one modeling language (R/SAS/PYTHON, etc.); experience in data marketing projects and familiarity with data marketing workflows.

- Innovative mindset with a spirit of exploration, coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills in a cross-cultural environment. Overseas work or living experience is preferred.
