Job Description

Help with investors onboarding process and ongoing KYC monitoring in accordance with the HKSFCs AML guidelines and Cayman Islands’ Anti-Money Laundering Regulations;

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new investors, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, tax and finance, to gather necessary documentation and information;

Maintain compliance with Firms internal policies and procedures, and with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;

Research and present internally on new compliance, regulatory developments.

Requirements and Qualifications

6-7 years of work experiences investor relations, finance, investor on-boarding or a similar role within a private equity, funds or financial services environment;

Seasoned knowledge and experience in SFC regulations and internal compliance;

Self-driven, proactive mindset and a good team player;

Basic understanding of the Private Equity investment landscape;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with investors and internal teams;

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;

Fluent in English and Cantonese.
