A HKEX-listed automotive company
Location: Hong Kong
- Maintain relationships with institutional investors/analysts, and organize roadshows to convey the company’s strategic value.
- Oversee results announcements and investor events; draft materials, track market trends and advise on market value management.
- Ensure compliance with HKEX rules, coordinate on disclosure documents and mitigate compliance risks.
- Provide forward-looking strategic suggestions based on in-depth auto industry insights and peer valuation analysis.
- Monitor market sentiment, respond to investor concerns and crises promptly to stabilize confidence.
- Coordinate internal departments to align external communications and share capital market perspectives internally.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred engineering background (Automotive/Mechanical Engineering). MBA, finance minors or CFA/CPA/HKICPA are a plus.
- 8+ years in capital markets; IBD, auto sell-side analyst or listed company IR experience preferred. Familiar with HK listing rules and investor resources.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (working language). Strong auto industry knowledge (new energy/intelligence), compliance awareness, strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Outgoing, resilient. Able to work long-term in Hong Kong
