Job Description

1. Develop and implement strategies for overseas investor relations to enhance the company's market image and shareholder value.

2. Manage relationships with major shareholders, potential investors, analysts, and financial media.

3. Prepare and present investor presentation materials, including quarterly financial reports and annual reports.

4. Monitor market dynamics, analyze competitors' IR strategies, and provide strategic recommendations.

5. Coordinate internal communications to ensure consistency and accuracy of company information.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, business management, or a related field.

2. Work Experience: At least 12 years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, asset management, or related fields.

3. Professional Qualifications: CFA, CPA, or other relevant financial professional certifications preferred.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate with investors from diverse backgrounds.

5. Language Requirements: Native English speaker; proficiency in other languages (such as French, Japanese, etc.) is preferred.

6. Analytical Skills: Strong financial analysis and market research capabilities, able to deeply understand the company's financial condition and market trends.

7. Project Management: Ability to independently manage complex projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Teamwork: Good team spirit, able to collaborate with cross-departmental teams to achieve company goals.

9. Personal Qualities: High professional ethics and integrity, able to remain calm and focused under pressure.
