Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-3 years direct experience trading Delta One Index products (Physical / actual index exposure preferred — not synthetic structures)
- Good working knowledge of APAC markets
- Hardworking, motivated, and keen to take risk responsibly
- Basic programming proficiency
- Strong principal mindset toward trading ownership and accountability
