Job Description

- Develop and execute global marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and customer engagement, with the goal of increasing both online and offline users as well as GMV.

- Convert platform-wide traffic into in-store foot traffic through precise marketing tactics, while optimizing retention and repurchase rates across both public and private domains.

- Lead full-funnel growth models based on data insights, dynamically optimize marketing budget allocation, and prioritize high-conversion channels to achieve year-over-year growth targets.

- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Oversee the creation and implementation of regionally tailored marketing campaigns to ensure cultural relevance and effectiveness.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Coordinate global public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication.

- Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

- Manage the overall marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across campaigns and channels.

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 7 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on user growth and digital marketing.

- Proven success in managing global marketing campaigns and user acquisition strategies.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.

- Excellent communication and project management abilities.

- Proficiency in English as a working language is a plus.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
