Job Description
- Develop and manage relationships with High-net-worth individual and their families to understand their unique financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance, including conducting periodic reviews and updates;
- Provide tailored financial planning and wealth management services such as investment management, tax planning, estate planning, and philanthropic advising;
- Coordinate with clients' other professional advisors (e.g. accountants, lawyers, investment managers) to ensure a cohesive financial strategy;
- Analyse clients' financial situations and making personalised recommendations on asset allocation, portfolio construction, and other wealth management strategies;
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand the client relationship and provide additional services;
- Ensure the highest level of client service and responsiveness to inquiries and requests;
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, tax laws, and market trends that may impact client portfolios;
- Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g. investment, trust, insurance) to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Master degree or above from top school majoring in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a similar client-facing role;
- Strong financial analysis and investment management skills;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities;
- Certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred;
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
