- Serve as a product specialist in PWM to maintain, motivate, and coordinate the sales of investment products, working closely with relationship managers to achieve sales targets.
- Train relationship managers on product knowledge and monitor investment ideas.
- Present investment ideas to clients through face-to-face meetings or conference calls.
- Construct and review client portfolio proposals based on clients' needs.
- Provide daily trade and administrative support.
- Ensure strict adherence to sales conduct guidelines.
- Maintain and enhance investment professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of investment products.
- At least 5 years of experience in wealth management, with exposure to investment, client-facing roles, and trading idea generation.
- Strong market awareness and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of Bloomberg and proficiency in advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Occasional travel may be required.
