About Our Client
   A leading crypto asset management firm in Hong Kong, specializing in the management and advisory services of digital assets.
Job Description
1. Sales Support:
• Assist the Sales team in generating new business leads and opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and target markets.
• Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials.

 

2. Client Acquisition:
• Engage with potential clients to introduce company’s Asset's services and investment products.
• Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information on products and services.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

 

3. Relationship Management:
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and investment objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, keeping them informed about market trends and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions tailored to clients' requirements.

 

Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Fintech or a related field with 1-3 years working experience.
• Strong interest in and understanding of crypto assets and blockchain technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and verbal).
