Job Description

-        Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, family offices), focusing on China‑related offshore flows, including A‑share exposure (via TRS / structured access), Hong Kong equities, and US‑listed Chinese stocks, to drive daily trading flow and revenue generation.

-        Execute and distribute Total Return Swaps (TRS / Delta One) and Equity Options (vanilla / flow); support clients with trade ideas, execution strategies, and basic structuring solutions.

-        Work with existing brokers and liquidity providers to source pricing and execute trades efficiently; maintain smooth day‑to‑day counterparty interactions.

-        Identify opportunities to provide FX hedging solutions (FX swap / NDF / spot) and collaborate internally to deliver integrated cross‑asset solutions.

-        Provide clients with market color, pricing indications, and trade ideas across China, Hong Kong, and US equity markets; stay updated on market developments.

Requirements and Qualifications

-        5–8 years of experience in Equity Derivatives / Delta One / Prime Brokerage.

-        Proven experience in Equity Options and/or TRS, and in client‑facing or flow trading roles.

-        Existing relationships with institutional clients is strongly preferred.

-        Good understanding of China A‑share market access (Stock Connect / QFII), as well as Hong Kong and US equity markets.

-        Eligible to be registered as a Representative with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the CMS license framework.

-        Fluent in both Mandarin and English (required for client coverage and internal communication).
