Location: Hong Kong
- Investment Sourcing: Identify and assess potential investment opportunities in IT infrastructure technologies through industry research and networking;
- Due Diligence: Lead comprehensive due diligence efforts, including financial modeling, market assessments, and competitive analysis of target companies;
- Transaction Execution: Work closely with legal and financial advisors to structure and negotiate transactions, ensuring alignment with the fund’s investment strategy;
- Portfolio Management: Engage with portfolio companies to monitor performance, drive operational improvements, and assist with strategic initiatives;
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their development in financial analysis and investment strategies;
- Investor Relations: Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for investors, detailing portfolio performance and strategic updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, engineering or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred;
- 5-8 years of experience in private equity, Venture Capital, investment banking, or technology-focused management consulting;
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex information effectively;
- Experience in IT infrastructure or related technology sectors is a plus;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
