Job Description
- Advising on legal across the key transactions and business including structured and derivative products trading and project financing; 
- Review and negotiate contracts with institutional clients including ISDA/GMRA/GMSLA and ancillary documents; 
- Working closely with 1) management; 2) business team; and 3) external counsel in drafting, negotiating and executing all necessary legal documentation; 
- Support General Counsel to conduct legal analysis for major transaction and new business initiatives; 
- Establish a good and healthy relationship with senior management and internal stakeholders and develop a thorough understanding of businesses; 
- Perform legal due diligence and minimize legal risks in relation to the business and transactions; 
- Any other duties customarily expected of legal counsel and any other tasks or duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of PQE Qualified Solicitor; 
- Relevant experience in reputable law firms or financial institutions; 
- Excellent command in Chinese & English; 
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; 
-A general good understanding of financial markets and products.
