Location: Hong Kong
- Review and assess regulatory compliance risks of the Group’s Web3 business, and provide targeted risk prompts and solutions.
- Deliver professional compliance advice for Web3 business operations, supporting compliant business development.
- Ensure internal adherence to global Web3 regulatory rules, industry norms and company internal policies.
- Draft/review/revise Web3-related legal documents from a compliance perspective.
- Track global Web3 regulatory policies and update the Group’s internal compliance guidelines timely.
- Assist in regulatory communication and external coordination (regulators, external counsels, partners).
- Deal with other complex or material legal matters as may be instructed by the Group General Counsel or management from time to time.
- 1-3 years of relevant legal experience. Fresh legal major graduate with solid professional foundation is acceptable.
- Strong interest in Web3 industry (blockchain/digital assets) and regulatory compliance field.
- Exposure to or strong interest in M&A and capital market legal business (internship/project experience a plus).
- Proficient in oral and written English, able to read international Web3 regulatory and legal English materials.
- Excellent learning, logical thinking and communication skills, able to adapt to the fast-paced Web3 industry.
- Rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
