Job Description

Administrative

- Manage office supplies, refreshments, and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked and operational.

- Oversee office maintenance, including liaising with building management and external vendors.

- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements accommodations, and itineraries for senior management.

- Plan and execute office events, meetings, and conferences as needed. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Human Resources

- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, setup of IT systems, etc.

- Administer employee benefits.

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations

- Support senior management in recruitment efforts including scheduling interviews and coordinating communications.

Finance

- Assist with preparation of online banking and accounting entries Provide general support to Finance team.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from university.

- Experience in admin and/or HR, preferably within financial or legal services industry. Ideally between 3 and 15 years' work experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

- Capable to work in a fast-pace environment under pressure.

- Proficient in Cantonese/Mandarin and English.
