Investor Relations related
- Represent the firm professionally in correspondences with stakeholders
- Support the subscription and redemption processes;
- Participate in sales and client servicing efforts, e.g. data entry/analysis/reporting, arranging
- Meetings/trips and market research;
- Assist with production and distribution of marketing materials; and
- Help with ad-hoc investor requests and enquiries, e.g. DDQ.
Compliance related
- Provide support to risk management, compliance and legal matters; Handle selected tasks, e.g. account opening, regulatory filing, license application and compliance approvals;
- Draft and update compliance policies and procedures;
- Participate in process-enhancement projects with stakeholders; and
- Assist with transaction due diligence, legal documents review and vendor/system onboarding.
Operations related
- Support operational tasks including trade confirmation/reconciliation/settlement, NAV calculation, risk reporting, corporate actions, etc.;
- Draft and update operational policies and procedures; and
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
- MUST be proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese and English.
- MUST have less than 5 years of work experience. MUST have fundamental knowledge of IR, compliance, operations, trading or research.
- MUST be able to work in a high-pressure and fast-pace environment.
- Coding capability is a plus, e.g. Python and C++Financial qualification is a plus, e.g. CPA, CFA, FRM,PRM and CAIA.
