Job Description

Implement and manage comprehensive due diligence and documentation protocols for all investment activities;

Establish robust governance frameworks ensuring operational integrity across investment workflows;

Conduct procedural training and compliance oversight for front-office investment personnel;

Execute regular compliance audits to mitigate regulatory and operational risks;

Serve as principal liaison with Hong Kong regulatory authorities during routine examinations and special inquiries;

Manage communications with Limited Partners regarding investment process governance;

- Develop and maintain operational infrastructure to support institutional-grade investment practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field;

Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (Cantonese proficiency highly advantageous);

Minimum 3 years of substantive experience in primary market investments and secondary market investments;

Demonstrated expertise in investment governance frameworks across multiple asset classes;

Comprehensive knowledge of Hong Kong Monetary Authority regulatory requirements for licensed investment entities;

Experience with digital asset/cryptocurrency investments preferred;

Proven track record of successfully navigating regulatory examinations and audit processes;

Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline;

Strategic understanding of risk management within family office contexts;

Superior communication skills with ability to interface effectively with regulators, investors, and investment professionals;

- Adaptability to evolving regulatory landscapes and investment paradigms.
