The Director-grade should possessed minimum 10+ years of direct trading experience, ie a trader whom has his own trading book.
The trader is responsible to generate revenue from the target market (either or both from India/Australia) via 1) Index trading strategies 2) Clients facilitation strategies
candidates from the Delta One index trading team as opposed to Synthetic Delta One (ie Agency) team
Responsibilities:
Index Arb trading activities
Develop and implement Delta One trading strategies across a range of asset classes, with a particular focus on the India and Australia markets
ETFs trading
Execute trades in a timely and efficient manner, and adjust positions as required to ensure optimal portfolio performance
Monitor market trends and economic developments to identify trading opportunities and risks
Set and manage risk limits in the strategy
Provide strategic direction and leadership to junior traders on the team
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Fluent in English
Proven success record/ own strategies in Index Arbitrage Trading
Experience in ETFs Trading/ India / Australia market. Relevant experience with principal risk at a bank and/or buy-side preferable
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
