Job Description

-        Conduct in‑depth analysis of credit markets, including corporate bonds, credit default swaps (CDS), credit indices, and other credit‑related instruments. Monitor credit spreads, default trends, and macroeconomic factors affecting credit risk.

-        Design and develop customized credit solutions for clients, including but not limited to credit‑linked notes (CLNs), total return swaps (TRS) on credit assets, credit options, and portfolio credit derivatives.

-        Structure credit solutions to meet client investment, hedging, or financing needs, while optimizing for capital efficiency, risk‑return profile, and regulatory constraints.

-        Draft and promote internal NPA/DPA processes, standard operating procedures, and legal documentation. Collaborate with legal, risk, and operations teams to establish product trading, booking, and settlement workflows.

-        Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and client feedback. Proactively propose product enhancements and new credit structuring ideas.

-        Work closely with Sales & Trading teams to originate and execute credit transactions, enhance product competitiveness, and improve client engagement.

-        Ensure all credit solutions comply with internal risk policies (credit risk, counterparty risk) and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

-        Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

-        Minimum 7+ years of structuring experience, with a focus on credit products (credit derivatives, structured credit, corporate bonds, or CDS). Experience in credit solutions for institutional clients is strongly preferred.

-        Deep understanding of credit asset characteristics, credit curve construction, default probability modeling, recovery rates, and correlation risk. Familiarity with credit pricing models (e.g., structural vs. reduced‑form models) and risk metrics (DV01, CS01, jump‑to‑default).

-        Hands‑on experience in credit‑linked notes (CLNs), credit default swaps (CDS), index tranches, total return swaps on credit baskets, and other structured credit products.

-        Strong spirit of innovation and independent thinking, with the ability to propose novel credit product designs and solutions in a dynamic, complex market environment.

-        Highly collaborative, able to influence cross‑functional teams (sales, trading, legal, risk, operations), and thrive in a fast‑paced trading environment.

-        Fluency in Mandarin and English (written & spoken) is mandatory.
