Job Description

- Design the team structure, identify, recruit, and onboard top talent to build a world-class Macro Sales desk from scratch.

- Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive business plan to strategically grow our client base across key international segments (Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Regional Banks).

- Serve as the senior point of integration between Hong Kong and Singapore, ensuring a unified strategy and seamless client coverage across the region.

- Act as the primary conduit between the client base and the trading desk, relaying critical market intelligence to help shape the firm's Rates and FX product offering and pricing.

- Own the client onboarding and documentation process, ensuring full adherence to all regulatory standards and internal controls with support from legal, compliance, and middle office.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or CFA is a plus.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Rates/FX sales, with proven expertise in CNY/CNH products.

- At least 5 years of direct leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.

- Established and extensive network within the target international client segments.

- Exceptional strategic planning, people management, and communication skills.

- Deep understanding of the regulatory environment for Macro products in Asia. - Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
