Job Description

Product Structuring & Innovation: Collaborate with current team members to design tokenized FICC products (e.g., stablecoin-linked notes, asset-backed securities on-chain) and RWA solutions (e.g., tokenized bonds, structured notes);

Integrate traditional FICC products (rates, credit, FX derivatives) with blockchain infrastructure (smart contracts, custody solutions);

Develop regulatory-compliant frameworks for Hong Kongs stablecoin/RWA market, aligning with SFC and HKMA guidelines

Crypto Operational Expertise: Working with operation and risk management team to develop solutions for secure asset custody (cold/hot wallets, MPC solutions) and oversee token issuance processes (STOs, smart contract audits);

Collaborate with crypto exchanges, custodians, and blockchain developers to optimize settlement and liquidity management;

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with legal/compliance to navigate HK regulatory regimes (e.g., Type-1 license upgrading, AML/KYC for on-chain assets); Liaise with tech teams to implement blockchain integrations (e.g., Ethereum);

- Client Engagement: Advise institutional clients (asset managers, corporates) on tokenization strategies and yield-generating crypto/FICC hybrids.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education: Bachelors/Masters in Finance, Economics, Law, or STEM;

2+ years in a crypto/blockchain firm with hands-on experience in Token issuance (STOs, stablecoins), smart contract mechanics and Crypto custody (hardware wallets, institutional-grade solutions);

Familiarity with Hong Kong/Singapore crypto regulations (e.g., HKMAs stablecoin sandbox) and Basic knowledge/experience with fixed income product;

Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to navigate ambiguity in emerging markets.
