- Process and confirm futures contract accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile trade discrepancies and resolve settlement issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions with Exchange and Brokers.
- Responsible for activities including securities settlement, corporate action, client fund transfers, IPO, placement, stock repo and SBL etc.
- Corporate action for HK equities, US equities, JP equities and SG equities.
- Collaborate with trading, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Generate and analyze reports on settlement activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of settlement procedures and controls.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and internal teams regarding futures settlements.
- Segregation of client money.
- Settlement system implementation.
- Participate in UAT.
- College or above education Degree, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of futures and Securities markets and settlement processes.
- Strong leadership and organization skills.
- Proficiency in Insert relevant software/tools, e.g., Excel, settlement platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Shift duty / holiday shift is required.
- willing to work overtime when required.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or Settlement on type 1 stocks settlement & type 2 including global futures settlement experience.
- Fluency in written English and Chinese and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- System Requirement: Esunny, CCMS, DCASS, Bloomberg, Hundsun, CCASS.
