- Provide investment ideas periodically and work with the team to prepare client engagement materials;
- Work with the sales team to engage with clients, participating calls, meetings, network events, etc. to deepen our client relationship.
- Sell side Fixed Income trading experience more than 12~15 years (particularly in Chinese IG credit, Asia IG , etc);
- Leadership that can manage junior traders and sales people;
- Good understanding of the market dynamic, provide timely market trend update and trading summary to the team and clients;
- Nimble but risk sensitive, good balance between client demand and trading performance;
- Comprehensive background with some experience in other area will be a plus (not a must), such as experience in repo and credit derivative trading,
rates trading etc;
- Good understanding of hedging tools is necessary;
- Established trading counterparties network is necessary;
- Good relationship/reputation with Chinese buyside investors is a plus;
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is a must.
