Job Description

Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Director to oversee our global HR operations, with a special focus on talent acquisition across multiple regions, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, and other international markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local and global HR practices and be instrumental in driving our company's growth by recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent.


Key Responsibilities:


●Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.


●Lead the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.


●Manage employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management across all regions.


●Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.


●Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.


●Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the company’s values.


●Provide guidance and support to regional HR teams and coordinate HR efforts across different regions.


●Lead initiatives for employee training, development, and succession planning.


●Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.



Requirements and Qualifications

●Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


●Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a multinational company.


●Proven track record in talent acquisition and HR management across multiple regions.


●Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and Chinese labor laws, with a global HR perspective.


●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.


●Experience in organizational development, change management, and strategic planning.


●Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Qualifications:
