Job Description

Source new institutional clients for trading cash equities and equities derivatives

Maintain and develop business relationship with institutional clients in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region

Analyse real-time market information to solicit and offer trading ideas

Produce marketing materials and PowerPoint presentations

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new business

Organize and participate in roadshows, sales and marketing events in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific region

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing or related disciplines from a reputable institution

- Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience with a strong record of sales accomplishments

- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong institutional client relationships.

- Solid knowledge of Hong Kong and China equity markets, capital markets products, and regulatory environment

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
