Location: Singapore

Job Description

- Execution of M&A, private fundraising, IPO and follow-on offering in Southeast Asia

- Lead all aspects on the transaction execution, identify key issues and devise feasible and effective solutions

- Develop and manage working-level client relationships in Southeast Asia with clients and industry practitioners

- Coordinate and support senior bankers to prepare and deliver client presentations during deal origination

- Lead key aspects of dialogues with regulators investors and other professional parties in the overall transaction process including due diligence, financial analysis and handling deal and process-related requests

- Mentor, train and oversee junior bankers’ work on a day-to-day basis

- Produce analysis on key capital market and M&A trends in Southeast Asia and identify potential business/deal opportunities

Requirements and Qualifications

- Master’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, business management or other relevant disciplines from a well-established institution

- At least 6 years investment banking experience in Singapore

- Impeccable quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance and accounting

- Solid understanding of capital markets

- Experienced in M&A and IPO transactions in Singapore

- Proven track record in managing the overall transaction processes, including managing various workstreams and coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders

- Passion for business development and aptitude for sourcing new business

- Highly motivated, committed and responsible, with a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships at all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders

- High standards of professionalism and ethical conduct

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Mandarin speakers highly preferred
