1. 建立并维护公司与资本市场的沟通联系，协助组织投资者关系重大活动，保持与投资者、金融机构的良好关系，跟踪并向管理层反馈投资人对公司的观点与看法
2. 公司季度/年度财务报告、网络会议、路演的活动的准备与参与
3. 分析师报告解读，公司内外部环境和资本市场分析、市场动态监测和信息整理，并向管理层汇报，为公司决策提供数据支持；对投资人说明材料的定期更新
4. 负责公司信息披露管理工作，公司投资者关系网站的日常更新和维护
1. Establish and maintain good communication and cooperation with investors and analysts; provide full range of support to IR important events, and provide feedback to management about investors’ viewpoint.
2. Prepare quarterly/annual financial reports, organize analysts’ conferences, webinars and roadshows.
3. Explain and compare financial reports，provide industry information, competitor analysis, update presentation materials regularly.
4. Responsible on information disclosure, daily updates and maintenance of IR website.
1. 本科学位以上，2年IR工作经验；海外留学背景优先，有科技公司IR背景优先
2. 和买方和卖方有良好的关系
3. 掌握优秀财务知识和金融市场知识，有投资银行、证券公司、财务分析及运营分析工作经验优先
4. 出色的协调能力和跨部门沟通能力
5. 抗压能力强，踏实细致，执行能力和适应能力强
6. 有团队合作精神，善于分享，热情有活力
1. Bachelor or above, overseas experiences will be a plus, IR experience in technology companies is preferred
2. Have good connections with sell-side and buy-side.
3. Years of related working experience in financial analysis and operation analysis is preferred.
4. Good ability of coordination and communication.
5. Strong resilience and courage to face difficulties, detail oriented, with professional ethics.
6. Work well in a team, open to sharing, passionate and dynamic.
