A large Chinese securities firm
Job Description
- Advising and implementing on corporate finance matters including fund-raising projects, M&As, takeovers, etc；
- Responsible for assessing potential deals, developing new business & marketing plan；
- To fully participate in and lead the due diligence and execution processes；
- To coordinate and communicate with clients, professional parties and regulators；
- Manage daily operations to ensure full regulatory compliance；
Requirements and Qualifications
Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline(s) or above；
Candidates with current SFC Type 6 License；
Solid experience in Corporate Finance with knowledge of Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeover Code；
Proven track record of handling financial advisory deals is desirable；
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must；
Analytical, self-motivated, independent, a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
