Job Description

-        Support the sales team in business development and investor relations maintenance, including but not limited to: coordinating with internal departments to prepare and draft due diligence materials, periodically producing product reports, externally disclosing data and materials, and translating written documents as required.

-        Manage the full subscription and redemption transaction process for investors, including handling the receipt, dispatch, organization, filing, and safekeeping of subscription documents and other business-related records.

-        Create and update product marketing materials, and maintain and update multiple databases.

-        Oversee the end-to-end coordination and execution of client visits and business receptions, including but not limited to developing reception plans, scheduling arrangements, and meeting logistics.

-        Coordinate and support client meetings, and maintain and organize meeting minutes.

-        Perform other market-related coordination and support tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

-        Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; Finance, Economics, or related majors preferred.

-        2–3 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in audit at an accounting firm, fund operations at an asset management institution, banking, securities, brokerage, or fund administration services preferred.

-        Excellent spoken and written English skills; overseas study or work experience is a plus.

-        Strong interest in financial markets, with solid foundational knowledge of securities, funds, and financial accounting; CFA or CPA certification preferred.

-        Strong service orientation and outstanding communication and presentation skills; meticulous, responsible, resilient under pressure, and possessing strong logical thinking abilities.

-        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); programming skills or relevant experience is a bonus.
