Familiar with data mining skill [using Machine learning to find out some pattern for example]. This is mainly for the analytic server [tech/quant]
Program different signal/technical indicator for alpha exploration [tech/quant]
Understand multifactor optimization model, different constraints and its use [quant]
Able to research and introduce extra factor [quant]
Familiar with the order type and China market trading rules [trading] (as we generate orders to CIM/exchange)
Able to communicate well and understand other traders input to make the whole thing practical, a team player [trading]
With an analytic mindset, being innovative, energetic and eager to make things better
